Front squat
Push press
OH squat.
Perform each movement individually for a full tabata circuit. (4 mins of :20 on/:10 off). For example, you’ll do strict press the first circuit then rest 2 mins. Then you’ll perform front squat for a full circuit etc. (MAX EFFORT!)
