*target Burpees with rings and have to touch with both hands

B. Regular

Strength: Hang cleans:
2 sets of 5 rdls +5 hang clean shrugs +5 hang clean extensions (w/bar)

4 sets of 1 hang clean extension +1 hang clean below the knee +2 hang cleans above the knee (increase weight each set)
